Website & google analytics:
We collect general user data using google analytics. It allows us to see user visits and what pages are looked at and how frequent. NO personal information is collected and does not personally identify anyone ie who you are, emails etc.

This enables me to design a website that is better for the user and they can get the information what they need quickly. Also I can see how popular a service is and can make this more of a feature or remove it.

Emails:
We use Names.co.uk and Krystal Hosting for email and general emails are stored here should you email me.

We use an email signup to send you offers and promotions. You are sent emails if you have signed up, please unsubscribe.

Storing of files:
Any website files are on the secure server with firewalls and also stored as a backup on and off the premises in a traditional fireproof safe should they need to be retrieved.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to request that we erase your contact details.
